I’m happy to say that I am now the proud owner of the Pieminister cookbook, A Pie for All Seasons! I ordered it after getting hooked on their award winning pies which I’ve been buying weekly from Borough Market on London’s south bank, even though the ministers themselves are based in Bristol. It’s the perfect souvenir; not only is it the gift that keeps on giving, but I’ll have lots of wonderful English things to share with you guys when I return to the states!
